LIVE/streaming role that auto-populates live people for promotion

Imagine a feature that allows servers to promote their streamers separately from online members that auto-populates to people who are live, this would be a great way for a server to give more exposure to their members that stream on any platform. I imagined this because I think this would be a better way than to create a text only channel for self promo, or just having people post in the general chat when they are going live, just keeps it cleaner that way. In my case, I would use this auto-populating role right in-between the server owner and admin role, because I and many others think that would create more traffic headed towards our members who stream.

  Can be accomplished with nadekobot.  It is glitchy (can flip them back and forth between Streaming and Streamer rapidly) if they have Spotify updating their status.
