In-App Pop-up Notification Location

At present the in-app notification bar which pops up on mobile when there is a message posted to another chat is positioned in a location which interferes with multiple long-standing functions of the existing mobile graphical user interface, including but not limited to the menu/server-list icon and the "[X] Unread Messages Since..." bar. As the former has inarguable primacy of importance over subsequent graphical interface features and the latter is often used for its quick-scroll sub-feature, I propose and request that the pop-up notification be relocated to a position which removes this interference.
