Transmitting Alert

A sound cue that would play when you are transmitting while muted/deafened. This would be very useful for people that are gaming with 1 monitor and don't have the in-game overlay enabled to see if they are muted or not. I always find myself talking while muted.

    I must agree! I found myself talking with my friends for a long time, while they were not hearing me!

    Make sure not to play the beeping sound when the sound is off too (only beep when only muted)
