Mass DM Prevention

After three years of Discord's existence, most of us older members have seen how bots can DM us when we use commands but, the issue that's hot right now is the bot's ability to DM hundreds or maybe even THOUSANDS of people at the same time without even being in a mutual server. These DMs based on what I've seen range from irritating messages to unsolicited advertising and I feel that this fix is long overdue.

    Maybe add a feature where you don't get notifications from bots or they just don't show up in your dm's. Or maybe if a user that has no message history with you sends an invite or a link, you don't get a notification, ect. There's a bunch of ways to avoid it but that's just a few ideas :D
