Add testing events from server parameters

When we developp some tools using the API we mostly use a discord server dedicated to the tests. It would be really awseome to be able to simulate API interaction through the server parameters like we can do it on GitLab/GitHub etc...

With that, we can allow a bot to perform a full testing case with custom parameters.
