Custom native server announcement for Nitro users

Hi @everyone (ommgggg don'tt ping everyone),

I suggest to allow Nitro users to set a custom server announcement which will be showed when they enter a server.
- - - - - - - - - - - -

 

(when I talk about server announcement, I mean the native discord new member message which is randomly displayed, when activated in the server settings, in the configured channel)

    Nitro has enough features already. This feature can be for everyone.

    While this may seem like a good idea I could see it getting abused easily. So instead of making the message fully customisable the user should have some choices.
