Disabling Text to Speech

Is there a way to disable text to speech on your side so you don't have to hear it being spammed in a server? I was looking for an option and couldn't seem to find one

    You can turn it off! 

    User Settings > Text & Images > Toggle off "Allow playback and usage of /tts command" at the very bottom under "Text-To-Speech"
