/tts messages in Streamer mode

While streaming few days ago I discovered a little issue - /tts messages are not muted in streamers mode and my viewers can hear them if someone types that. Support guys told me that there's no muting for tts in streamers mode and we should turn them off manually for the time we stream. So I thought to write here and suggest an automatic turn off for the /tts messages :)

  This would be great, we got spammed on stream with this the other night, had to take down the VOD, edit, and reupload, was a major pain.
