Let bots add entries in the audio log

It would be cool if there where a permission for bots that they can log in the audit log what they are doing. For example moderator bots can benefit from this.

  IMO, the Audit Log should be an infallible source of truth that shouldn’t be modified - letting bots add things could distort it, if the bot were malicious.
