Formatting addition: spoiler block out?

In addition to the current formatting option for text chat, can we have a formatting option of "censoring"/blacking out text? Eg. Reddit's spoiler tag type deal

I'm part of a few different gaming Discords and even though they have certain channels for certain things, I want to be able for example, they have a questions channel specifically for questions and also a spoiler channel for talking about spoilers for games. My question may or may not be a spoiler, I'm not sure and I would like to ask that question in the question channel without spoiling anything. So, I would ask a question like this

Will [spoiler]Donald Duck[/spoiler] die at the end?

And anything between the spoiler formats would be hidden under a black out unless someone cursors over it. Or anything similar to that.
