Unshortner URL & Scannee

As many people know, the internet is not secured, everyday there is at least 100 person getting dmed with an ip tracker / virus downloader link where a lot of them are falling in it. Discord has a lot of bot which are being honestly great but gets leaked somehow, I've been trying to check a way to forbids this which was to suggest the unshortner link and a scanner on discord which will allow people to unshortner links and scan them to see if they are protected or not.. This will save at least 65% of the people clicking the link instant of getting ip tracked or get virus on the platform they are in.
