Charged Nitro on disabled account?

I need help. I recently got my discord account disabled. Like a week later or so i got an email saying i had been charged nitro. My paypal is somehow still linked and i lost 5$. I sent support@discordapp.com an email explaining the situation but still no replies since yesterday. 

So i went to discords official subreddit asking for help but all the posts i made got instantly deleted. 

I feel as if i'm being censored? What can i do here?
