Allow users to add specifc roles for themselves AND mute text channels for specific roles.

Suggestion 1: Allow server owners to give users the power to add specific roles for themselves.

This would allow my friends to add themselves to game-specific text/voice channels if they become interested in said game.

Suggestion 2: Allow server owners to set default notification settings per role for a channel. Obviously users enabling mutes overrides this.

I'd like for my friends to be able to view/type to the other text channels at their leisure without receiving a notification unless they have a specific role. Which they could add themselves if the suggestion above is implemented.
