Pausing/Resuming File Uploads

For most people, this probably wont be an issue/seem useful, but for people like me, who have an upload speed of 0.1mbps, this is reallllyyyyyy something that we would appreciate.

It takes me 3 - 10 seconds to upload 1 image.

It takes me 10 - 60 seconds to upload 1 VERY compressed video (yes i compress everything i have just so that i can send them lol)

And then for other stuff (lets say 2mb and up) its anywhere from 2 minutes to infinity and beyond.

Another issue with this, is that I don't live alone, so when I do upload files it makes the internet for everyone VERY slow (roughly 5,000+ ping for everyone). So if discord users were able to pause the uploads instead of straight up cancelling it because of angry family members shouting at me because they got kicked out of their Rust game, would be wonderful.

Countless times I have been uploading something big for ages, and then I get "Upload failed" or I have to cancel it because its just taking way too long.
