The Activity Tab

Is there any way to inhibit the activity tab?

It takes up too much room on my screen and I never use it.

I used to be able to "shrink" it by dragging the right side of the window to make the Discord window smaller.

Now my only option is to slide it over to the right of my screen where it is hard to see.
