Possibility to create a Entry list

To Stop creating long chats/masseges by copy and paste other massages i searched a function to Edit other's Post. While scrolling older Feedback here i recognized that this is Not an new idea an would cause other Problems.

Is it Not possible to create a new Messagetype to create entry lists for example who could edit everyone limited?

For example. Specified Roles are abel to Start/send this massege Type. Everyone can insert a line and that automatically Starts with his discord Name. In die Second column he could write a short Text. Everyone can insert maximum 5 or 10 lines everybody can See who create it. No one can Edit lines he dosnt create.
