Option to jump to present when clicking on "Mark As Read" button in chat channel

When a text channel has multiple unread messages, a long blue button appears at the top of the window, labeled "Mark As Read," which allows the user to remove the "unread messages" signals across the Discord App's UI. However, clicking on the button doesn't automatically scroll that channel down to the most recent entry, requiring the user to manually scroll down the channel to reach the current state of the conversation. Even if the user switches to another channel or server, and then switches back to the "marked as read" channel, Discord still requires the user to manually scroll to reach the most recent entry.

Contrast this with the "Mark Server As Read" option, which effectively does the same thing as marking an individual channel as read, except across an entire server: when this option is selected by a user, all channels affected are automatically scrolled down to the present.

Adding an option allowing users to combine the "Mark As Read" channel feature with the "Jump To Present" feature would reduce the frustration of having to manually scroll through a backlog of entries that the user may not wish to read (hence why they'd be using the Mark As Read button.)
