Just to simply the current steps for reporting stuff to trust and safety.

    I see no reason to enable the ID viewing without the Developermode, as it's not something that most users would even get to use in the first place. And also, for servers with a certain amount of members, which is 50 (I think), server moderators also have the ability to report messages on deletion

    I know, I just don't see the point in having to enable something in the first place anyway.
