Add mentions that target those online only or specified

For example. @Role#Online Status (Online|Here|Away|Idle)

Another example for more advanced use: @Role#(Application such as Spotify or Steam Games)

The reason this suggestion should be added is this: If you want to ping a role but dont want to ping people are who offline (like staffing a server and getting those online to see the message rather then those offline.)
