Clicking on link in pinned message should open link in default browser

Current functionality: 
Clicking on a link in a pinned message jumps you to that message wherever it may be in the chat history.

New: 
Clicking the link specifically in the pinned message opens that link in the default browser. If you click on the message/ jump button it brings you to that message in the chat.
