Adding a Preferred Region option in Settings

Hello, I'm posting this for a possible feature to add a "Preferred Region" in the settings, also having an "Auto" option would be nice.

 

Why?

Every time I go with my friends to a call, we're automatically set to region "Russia" and the call times out and we either need to wait till the call connects or switch a region in the top right to Central Europe, because it's buggy and we're not near Russia.

 

Expectations

If the feature would've been implemented, we wouldn't have this call timeouts whenever someone calls us on Discord, I wouldn't want to set my region to something else each time I call my friends, it's annoying thus I've created this feature thread so fellow gamers could have a little bit of hope and not get a timeout whenever friends are calling :(

    This is the case also with Latvia and Lithuania, always auto-connects to Russia server even though communication is done with French, Italian etc and manual change to Europe server always has to be done.

    For mobile Discord app there is no option to change call region at all, that would be nice to have as well, even if manual change will be required.
