Allow API authorization within Desktop app

If you are using the Desktop app and click an API authorization link (adding a bot, for instance), it opens in the browser. It would be nice to be able to add a bot and do things like that within the app instead of having to use the browser.

    That would be a nice idea, so users don't have to leave the app to authorise the OAuth2 Flow.

    Although, websites which handle the request (with a redirect URI) will have to open regardless.
