Ability to turn off sever DM but NOT from admins

Apologies if this is repeat post, but when I searched, I couldn't find it.

So, some people turn off DMs from everyone, but sometimes the mods sometimes needs to DM people in a server. Why, I don't know unless they're causing issues??

But that was a request in a server I'm apart of and I think it might be a good idea.

So to explain; person in server turns off the DMs for everyone, but still wants to allow admins to DM them.

So Server admin and owner can direct message that person, but someone from just ... default Role can't.

    or even better, an option that allows only bots or only automated functions where the admin would enable a temporary access to the private messages
    So in privacy settings you'd have
    "Open
    Off-Auto (bot only whatever)
    Completely closed"
    these three options available
