There should be a really effect code of conduct for Partner servers....like they can't ban somebody for they want it.

  well partner servers have to follow all tos and rules of discord dont think you need a code of conduct

  They probably don’t ban randomly, they robs ly only ban if you break their rules. It is their server for them to do what they want, as long as it follow the TOS (all servers have to, not just partenered servers)

  Discord already has a CoC for Partners (https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024871991-Discord-Partnership-Code-of-Conduct) but adding in "not banning somebody for whatever" is just never a good thing.
