Role/Permission assignment needs to be more intuitive

I have the role as administrator for my guilds discord. We have 9 roles (1 pr class in WoW + Officer), and then "discord" roles as well. When I rightclick a new member of the discord, I only see the Officer and the roles of the mentioned classes. 

To give new members access to most of the discord I need to set their class, and "member" role. The member role is hidden beneath the 9 visible roles. So when I rightclick a member, I need to "scroll" when I see the 9 visible roles. There is no visible scrollbar. There is no "arrow down" at the bottom of the box showcasing the roles, who could indicate that there is more alternatives than what is shown. 

This is some of the least intuitive thing I've seen the last 5 years. Please fix this.

    Basically, you want the scroll bar to have buttons and to be more visible, right?
