Built-In Automod

There are dozens of automod bots out there, but each discord server should have an option to use a Discord Built-In automod, with more power. I.E. Clyde could be employed as an automod, maybe with systems similar to DYNO and MEE6, but Clyde would have more features, being built in to Discord himself.

  Discord seems to be implementing this feature (3 years later but better late than never eh)
  You will be able to automod keywords and suspicious links currently, and as the automod is on the application level it will prevent the message from sending full stop.

  It's unclear when this feature will be released however.
