edit a message back to its previous contents

Often, a message which might be needed by admins of a server for moderation reasons gets edited so it no longer looks like an issue and, if you don't have a detailed log, it becomes very hard. It also may have to do with applications to become a moderator. If admins get the right to revert messages back into their original state, we can check what they wrote first and what they changed.
