Add support for external audio devices

Id like discord to add support for external audio interfaces which would enable the user to choose from what input discord would regard as the mic. Currently, all of the sound inputted from the device gets transmitted over discord (eg. one line being the mic and another one being an instrument)

    Yes! We really, really, need official support for audio interfacing software and hardware. I fully agree!

    I want to add, we should be able to use our Phone speaker after connecting external mic.
    It's so bad that when I add an external mic for karaoke, I can't hear what others are saying.
