Custom color in text chat
Currently, we can add color to text chat via things such as:
```prolog
Text```
or
```yaml
Text```
However, we can't really control exactly what colors appear in these boxes. We get a preset color with each different word, that can't be changed within that text box. You have to close the text box and open a new one with a different word to change the color. In addition to this, there are a really limited number of colors, and several of the words that changed color of text also randomly change certain things, as these are all coding related words in some way.
I propose a special "custom" keyword. Similar to yaml or prolog etc, but with certain special color commands. Here's an example:
```custom
#45a9f8:Text1 this is a test #9a40ec:Text2
#ff00ff:Text3```
This would result in "Text1 this is a test", "Text2" and "Text3" all being different colors, each set in hex code, all in the same text block. Once you set a custom color it would result in the entire line being that color, unless you specify a new color in that line. This would be very useful for special announcements, color-coded lists and more. It would also remove the need to make several different text blocks to have different colors.
