Add the ability to view just a chat feed of a specific channel

  In addition to having only a sidebar for a group/server-chat, this read-only-variant would be a nice feature to accompany channels that are meant to teach/educate. That way comparable to a slideshow/presentation single tasks on the list could be presented and feedback should be just hitting "Next step". With this the streamer/servermod/educator/teacher can have feedback per person based on a streamlined study step-by-step.
