Keybinds to navigate to specific server/channel

I'm active in a ton of servers (I'm usually at or near the server limit). It would be fantastic for power-users to be able to navigate to specific servers, if not specific channels, via keyboard shortcuts, such as a hotkey + number. I know this is already the case for Ctrl+1 through 9, (and 0 aggravatingly resets zoom level), but it's be nice to go a step further, with being able to set which specific server or channel these go-to, or even further, be able to navigate past the first 9 numbers by holding ctrl, pressing the numbers, then releasing (such as going to server 58: hold ctrl, press 5, press 8, release ctrl).
