Support for Unicode Emoji Names

Emoji names should not be limited to just ASCII characters; rather, they should support e.g. Cyrillic letters and other unicode characters.

  This is a bad idea... Unicode covers existing "simple" emoji. I personally do not want this to be a thing ever.
