Display Xbox Game Pass Game and Display the platform where the game is launch

In Game Activity section the new Xbox game pass game don't show game automaticly and sometime Discord don't know they are open like for exemple Slay The Spire, My idea would be like User Playing "Game" and when you click its say he is using it from Microsoft Store Aka Xbox Launcher, because now with have multiple launcher (Epic Game,Discord Nitro ;p,Steam,GOG...) and Discord can show which platform the game is played.

    i don't think people who buy games on Epic can play with they Steam Friends , for exemple Borderlands 3 its a temporary exclusive game on epic  when steam players will play too i don't think they can play together

    I rely heavily on seeing what my users in my servers are playing. This helps me to decide if I want to play with a user by seeing what and where (launcher) the game is being played. So being able to see the game from an xbox pc gamepass launcher (an ALL launchers) is actually quite necessary for those like me.
