Be able to mark messages for review in case of possible unwanted content

I am a moderator on a channel and it would be nice to be able to mark messages for review, so the owner can approve or delete the message if it is inappropriate.

If marked it should be hidden from other users, for example like the spoiler tags, and can only be seen by certain groups i.e. admins/moderators

Also if you choose to delete it, you should be able to add a message to it so you can tell the poster that this isn't ok!

  just use a bot instead, or create your own.

  Your suggestion seems interesting, however, it would be preferable to leave the choice to the owner to enable or disable this feature from the server settings.
