Nitro Cool-Downs

Sorry, a bit new to submitting a suggestion here. I have a suggestion regarding, nitro boost and that is that the cool-down I believe shouldn't be 7 days. Maybe, at least 20 hours or more. The reason why I believe this to be so is because, of how that way people can get to boost other servers or theirs whenever they can.
