Option to close comment text box

Fnction

I want to have the option to close this text box whenever I click to comment.  I don't want to reload the page if if I change my mind about the comment.

    There really is no need for it. If it's really bothering you, you can make the box smaller. If you change your mind about the comment, change it or don't submit it.
