Add option to: Jump to the first line of a channel instead of its last line

You know the problem: Discord always jumps to the last line upon entering a channel. And for most channels, like a general chat, where just conversations happen, thats totally fine.
But you also have these pure info-channels, right? And people always need to scroll up to start reading. Annoying, right?

What if there was an option for each channel, like:
Jump to first line upon entering the channel [on/off]

That would be especially helpful for channel formats like:
"welcome"
"introduction"
"rules"
"read this"
"get your roles"
etc.

So basically for any read-only or info-channels that you want people to read from top to bottom.
(Also note that some people who are new to discord seriously don't even know that they can scroll up)
That channel option would be very helpful.
