Autoscrolling on the Linux Client

It is essential to add the autoscrolling feature for the Discord client, the one similar to Firefox. Linux distros do not have autoscrolling in general so it's up to the third party software provider to do it. It'll make the Discord experience for Linux users 10 times better. Thank you.
