A New Groupchat Update

I'm not sure if this is already a thought and someone already made a post about it but it'd be really nice. I like to run or be apart of group chats a lot and it'd be handy if you could control like permissions in the group chat.

FEATURES:

Ability to control who gets group owner or transfer ownership of the group chat without having to leave until someone gets it or making a brand new one.
Adding permissions that are toggable per person, such as adding people to the group chat. Maybe the owner wants to make it so only they can add/kick people. or maybe adding a way more than one person could kick someone from the group chat, but you can't kick each other to avoid chaos.
Another idea for permissions that you could toggle is making certain people allowed to change regions, for an example sometimes people will change the region to Hong Kong to troll around and give everyone else in the call bad ping (unless you live in Hong Kong) but its just annoying
If a update around group chats gets added, maybe change the size from 10 to 15? I know its possible to run a Discord server with the same people but sometimes we just want a group chat.
