I personally love the ability to have many different color options for your Discord name with the color palette already provided. That being said, what if we could take customization a step further?

Customizable Color Patterns For Roles!

Do you have more than one color you like and have wanted your name to have 2 colors, 3 colors, or even rainbow with a color pattern you choose yourself? This idea came from my girlfriend when she has trouble with her computer messing up Discord text most of the time. Here is an example below:


I think this looks awesome, do you? If so, help by upvoting this idea so it can be noticed by Discord and they can see what they can do!

    I really want this, but could there also be an option to blend role colours? Like if you have blue and red it becomes purple?

    That's a really cool feature to add since discord is getting a lot more customizable and i took some time to work a little more on this idea.

    For example, users would be able to set a role with gradient color and choose some animated effects for the role, like those effects we see in some forums.


    Nitro members would be able to set an animated gradient color to the role and also a more vast list of text effects.
