Prevent members from copy link of emojis

A feature to not allow members to `copy link` of an emoji on a server, this is to prevent Twitch Emoji or Artist Emotes on a server from being stolen worldwide as many artist emotes has been stolen and used on discord servers without their permissions.

But of course, make this a optional settings for each server haha.

    even if this is added, you just need an emote id to get the file

    People could probably still use inspect element to get an emoji link even if the native copy/open link is not available.

    True, but I hope in the future there's a function where there's an optional settings to not allow the members from stealing the emojis, as it get frustating to keep saying "Don't use it !" everytime someone asked about the emotes in my server.
