add a red dot notification setting switch

My suggestion is to add a "red point system area notification" "on/off switch" on the notification settings menu, so that, when I mute a server, I can decide if I want - or not - the icon on the system tray to show a red point when someone from a muted server writes something on some channel.

This way I could stop swearing everytime I see that red icon appear in the system tray icon while I'm developing, and I open it because I think some friend of my custom (unmuted) server wrote me, while I realize it was just someone at some (**muted**) server who wrote a message I didn't care of !!
