Built in VPN detector

I know a lot of people use VPN for privacy and anonymity but as someone who's on the receiving end of a troll using VPN to bypass a ban creating anything up to 10 accounts a day, I feel Discord should have built in VPN detector that would work hand in hand with Discord's 'ban by IP' or at the very least allow servers the ability to switch on some kind of VPN detection. 
In my opinion, Discord's ban feature is useless as there's methods to bypass it.

  Val your right! As a admin myself on other servers when I ban people that have had many warns mutes and kicks for breaking the rules, some of them find a way to bypass the ban. Discord should honestly have VPN

  Discord has put in a service for ban evasion. I'm not sure if only I have experienced it (oop), but if you create multiple accounts it will make you verify your phone number before you can use the account.
