Require Timeout, or Multiple Admin Approval, Before Deleting Server

We had a fairly large server deleted by one of the admins overnight, that was a huge mess, because they also deleted our in game guild (final fantasy 14). We were scrambling to find everyone and invite to a new bare server.

It would be awesome, if when applicable, it required a majority vote from the other admins, and or a 24hr timeout with some sort of notification saying something along the lines of "server has been marked for deletion", with some form of action that we can use to veto the delete.
