An option to disable certain users avatars

I've seen this suggested before, but that was server wide and possibly could be abused. But a way for individual users to disable certain avatars/profile pictures would be useful.

  I totally agree. Found this suggestion as i just want to start a new one.

  Some are type of political or religious or gross. And i dont want to see such things.
  Meanwhile i just block those members.
