Server boost option with only FullHD

Hello there. As a part of really small (and not so rich community) I would like to see one particular feature.

We often share screens with games and fun stuff (especially when some playing in coop and the rest just hanging in voice chat and watching the "stream").

It would be nice to stream in FullHD even with only 30fps but the price for 15 boosts is too damn high. I agree that it shouldn't be handed for free too. Maybe there is an option for small servers to have boost level 1.5 for 5 (or whatever, but not 15) boosts which would allow 1080p 30fps?
