It's time to increase the file size limits
Discord has changed a lot in the last few years and the 8 MB and 100 MB file size limits no longer make any sense. You can stream unlimited HD video with low latency for free but I can't send my friend a 30 second video even if I pay. Meanwhile, Telegram offers users a whopping 1,5 GB with every file.
My suggestion is increasing the free limit to 500mb per file and Nitro users to 2GB per file.
Please do something about this. It's incredibly annoying.

I completely agree! I would really like to have more options with sending files to Discord Nitro and Discord for ordinary users! It was possible to add even more file size, for example from 2 to 5 GB!
