Option to flag posts with an audio warning or auto flag posts with high peaks

Whenever a user uploads a video I think it would be handy if discord when processing the video would check the peaks and if they're above a certain range then add a warning tag to the post stating that it's potentially audio damaging or something similar. If that isn't possible give mods the option to flag posts with the same kind of flair. 

I also think you should be able to turn this option off on a server by server basis or as a option in client settings, in case some people don't want the warnings
