[Request] Anchored Messages

I realize that the pin feature already exists. But anchored messages would serve a larger function for organizational purposes. While pinned messages are nice so people can bookmark and refer back to an important message. Anchored Messages would enable dynamic posts that are edited regularly and for that post to be always visible for people who need the information.

Use Case: I am currently running a project that requires that I keep constantly updating lists and status updates for cast members in this project. Master cast lists, cast lists for each episode/chapter of the project, and status updates on each individual cast members' progress on delivering assets for the project. While it would be okay to use Excel/Sheets for this purpose, it would require every user to keep track of an external file (which is a hassle when they could just use Discord for all needs). The anchored message would be a Master cast list for a given episode/chapter with the names of the members involved, status of their progress. It would allow me to constantly update the list and keep that list in view while members are free to chat without worry of burying that message in the message history, even IF they could click on a pin and jump to it.

Function: It would be easier to have a certain message anchored, that had pertinent information, that needed to be dynamically and constantly updated. As such, edited pinned messages do not give notice when they are edited. This would allow the information to remain front and center, that information to be updated and always visible, and allow chat to continue without burying the information, or needing to make another message and pin the new message.
