Badge discontinued? Good job!

Yo everyone, this is Admin@shmalle.xyz (main acc Shmalle#1337) and I want to say some stuff about the badge and so on. Yea it is not funny to remove the badge when people wanted it but you don't get discord POV, for real. What are the good sides of badge? None. Showing off and if that's even a good reason to keep it. Now people sold it and abused it. Imagine you're a bit of that "everything is good" and someone with a VERIFIED BOT DEVELOPER BADGE joins your server and applies as bot developer, ofc you would accept and then, the person raids your server. Not funny, right? Let's hold that right here. Why is the person a dev? The person is indeed not a dev. He or she just was in a team with a bunch of other people, being there just for the badge. Woah. This DID NOT hurt the REAL programmers. They know, that they just need to be a programmer in their OWN view. Anyway, verification is not about badge, it is about passing the 100 servers threshold, which is given after 7th of October. Now see, you want to get the badge, right? It's cool, isn't it? Deep blue and shiny, hanging on the profile page mhm. But isn't it the more unfair if you even take it away those who already have it? In my opinion, the whole badge thing is a mistake. Good idea, rewarding devs, but people abused It and exact those people shouldn't be able to use discord. Whatsoever, please don't blame discord, they were just helping the OG devs, really caring about the bot and not about badge. I often saw the same and same people in the discord developers server. Why? Why are they there without being a moderator, on an official server with that role, wouldnt that be cool? Because they are helping people! As well as the developers which say "f* it, all my homies use no badge"! Every, and clear enough every, opinion, (po) view and suggestion or feedback needs to be respected. But please think of the advantages, disadvantages, if it's making sense or not, if it's just your opinion and just your advantage. And then double check? Would it help everyone? Don't you forget someone who wouldn't be helped (*cough* discord *cough*) with your suggestion or whatever? And btw, you can do a lot more with a language than just discord bots, if you learnt a language just for some bots.
